Cowan: You can always grind wet and that would take care of the problem all together. What I do is what Cliff told me to do, take a cup of water, put ice and salt in it, soak the blade in it for a few minutes, then grind. Don't dip the hot blade into the water, let it air cool. Chris, My friend took a CS Baraong machete and used an angle grinder to cut the top of the spine of the knife so it had a straight spine, so it would look like a Filipino style sword. I sharpened it for him, as the angle grinder was too coarse to put an edge on it.by jasonstone20 - General

sal, Yeah, I Spyderco video on how to use it would be awesome. I just covered the basics in my video. The main reason I really wanted the Golden Stone was that the edges were elliptic to match my Spyderco Profile Medium 701M stone I have.
