Swapping side to side is super fast, like 5 seconds. Actually putting in a new blade is about 1 min or so. These are pretty thick blades (.230", 4.5" blade length), I can swap blades and rough grind one at 36 grit (annealed) in about 10-11 min with consistent grind heights and plunges which is super helpful imho. It has some things that can be improved but nothing major.
