Hello everyone, Although I registered with this forum almost a year ago, I didn't take the opportunity to introduce myself. I live in Belgium and have been fascinated with knives and sharpening for a long time. Although I bought some sharpening stones early on (+10 years ago), I was mainly using guided systems (Sharpmaker, EdgePro, small TSProf) until recently. I zipped the archive I have of the old website and uploaded it to archive.org: www.cliffstamp.com archive 2 The archive was created via HTTrack with two external links deep settings on March 3, 2022. At the time, I tried to capture as much data as possible, including images. That explains the large unzipped size (50 GB+). I usually enjoy Project Farm's videos, but this review was a bit disappointing. He does not cut anything representative of actual knife use. Even if he is not aware of the shortcomings of the EdgeOnUp system (only push-cutting point measurement, tension inconsistency), he could have made some rope or cardboard cutting measurements.
