I usually enjoy Project Farm's videos, but this review was a bit disappointing.

He does not cut anything representative of actual knife use. Even if he is not aware of the shortcomings of the EdgeOnUp system (only push-cutting point measurement, tension inconsistency), he could have made some rope or cardboard cutting measurements. Pretty sure that it would have had an appreciable impact on the conclusions.
